Markertek is the most modern and efficient method for broadcasters and pro-audio professionals to order everything they need to create state-of-the-art media infrastructure systems.
Anyone may place an order with us.
For fastest service, we recommend placing all of your orders on our fast and super-secure website. Orders may also be placed by post, telephone, FAX or e-mail.
Payment
Markertek accepts Visa, Mastercard, Delta, and American Express credit cards via our secure website. We also offer two further secure payment methods with PayPal and Google Checkout/Google Wallet. For Switch, Solo and other credit cards, please use our Google Checkout/Google Wallet.
Net 30 Credit Accounts are available to major broadcasters, established businesses and local authorities subject to account application approval. Shipments made in instalments will be invoiced accordingly, and must be paid when due. We reserve the right to withhold supplies to clients with overdue accounts.
Tax Charges
For orders made within the United Kingdom or the European Union 20% Value Added Tax is added, unless a valid VAT number is provided within the EU and the VAT will be removed. All other orders outside the EU are shipped exclusive of VAT.
Returns
All returns must be advised and returned within 15 days of receipt of goods. A Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) must be obtained prior to returning the goods either by email returns@markertek.co.uk or call 020 8687 9700. Enclose a copy of the RMA in the package and ship it back to Markertek.
Any RMA's received after this period will be refunded as a credit memo which can be used against your next purchase with Markertek.co.uk.
Any RMA's not received back within 30 days from the issue date will be cancelled and a new RMA will have to be requested.
Please note that any goods being returned for exchange or refund must be returned with ALL of the original packaging and accessories, and must be repackaged in such a way as to minimise the risk of return transit damage to the box and its contents. It is not acceptable to stick a label on the product box and return it, this is treated as damage to stock and will incur a 15% restocking fee. Failure to meet these requirement may invalidate your claim to a replacement or refund.
Markertek Video Supply is obliged under new regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us. Click Here for details
Order Cancellations
Special order items such as custom cables, metalwork and other items of a special order nature may not be cancelled or returned for obvious reasons.
Credit Card Security
Customer protection and data security are of utmost importance to us. Access to customers' data is strictly controlled and will only be available to staff who require this information in order to complete your transaction. Our IT network is physically and electronically protected and security practices and methods are constantly monitored and improved.

Privacy Policy
Customers are free to browse this website without registering and submitting personal information.
When taking an order we have to collect personal information from each customer in order to process the order. All personal information is submitted by you on a voluntary basis. However, unless the required fields are completed, we will not be able to process your order.
Markertek does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. The IP address and location of the computer that is being used to place the order may be captured for security purposes.
Markertek may from time to time forward by post information and promotional literature on special offers made available to its customers. Any customer may unsubscribe to the mailing list at any time by contacting Customer Services by email, telephone or post.
Markertek does not send spam emails. Customers' email addresses are used solely for the purposes of sales administration and order processing.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies.
