These are composite cables specifically for use when analogue video and audio signals need to be run together, for example with some CCTV cameras. It consists of an RG59/U type coax joined in a figure-of-eight lay up to one or three twisted-pair screened audio cables, the centre web can be parted to allow termination into connectors at either end.
