The rig consists of a high tensile locking rail system that precisely positions 2 video cameras onto a secure tripod mount for creating master and wide shots in professional 3D with precision camera adjustments. The 3D side by side production rig is designed to work with a broad selection of professional HD cameras, camcorders and DSLR cameras.

  Machined from aircraft aluminum, the rig is strong yet lightweight. Two sliding and precision locking camera plates offer precise adjustment for both convergence (0ø to 5ø) to achieve perfect camera alignment. Tripod base-plate accomodates both 1/4-20 and 3/8-16 screws. Entire 3D side by side rig weighs less than 4 pounds. The 3D side by side Production Rig permits filmmakers to achieve perfectly aligned 3D images.

  *In shooting professional 3D, it is important to use two idenical genlockable cameras and 3D side by side rig. Tripod not included.
